Uncased the Mathews this afternoon. On Choccolocco WMA in a big privet flat. Got a trail at 17 yards as beat down as any I've ever seen on private land.

In a different stand where a fellow member has a trail camera and has been getting good pics of deer. We'll see in the next hour and a half.

Ground blind and bow on green field at RSA. Normally this ain't a good combo out here, but this particular field it has worked for me once.

Finally saw one to shoot. Had a little rack of some sort but he ran with stuff hanging out.

 Freezing in blind since 530am. 26 something better move Nothing but 3 yearlings. Maybe in the am. Hitting it hard through next Monday

5 minutes into my climber this morn and had one walking beneath me. 07:30 had a doe and yearling move through. Noon saw six turkeys. No kills today but the weather allowed me to see some wildlife.

Saw a lone doe at 4:20 PM but she never came out of the thick brush and kept looking up at me. When my arms got tired, I tried to slowly ease my binoculars down, but she boogied after 10 minutes of staring.

This was my view this evening. Ended up seeing two small bucks spar in the back of the field. All in all a great day in the woods.
