At that age, they aren't going to get any healthier for the most part. Are you sure it's beetles? Could be pine decline. Is this Weyerhaeuser property or just Weyerhaeuser seedling stock on private property?
That's what we had in some of our pines. Ty told us they weren't due to clear them for another 7 yrs but due to decline they had to take all the trees off that block or loose them. Just gave us another 50ac of clearcut to hunt.
It's hard to kiss the lips at night that chews your a$$ all day long.
