There's not enough short people "diversity" in basketball.
There's not enough black people "diversity" in hockey.
There's not enough white people "diversity" in football (no not to represent the population there's not)
But yet there has to be diversity in every other job I can actually do. Now this does suck.....
It either needs to be population diversity or talent based, how can it be both and I not fit into either!!! Lol!

Equal oppertunity is one thing that piss's me off, big time. When I got out of school, in the top of my class i might add. I was trying to get a job a ft rucker. When folks would see me they would ask if I've been hired yet. and i would answer NO, you have to know fred duff, be black or female. and sometimes passers by would look at me like i said something racist by saying that.
