the locust fork of the warrior up near b'port is normal level. until three days ago, could catch all the yearling bass - and the occasional buster - i wanted on sliders and 4-inch zoom lizards crept on the bottom of points and weeds. i hear bigger bass are falling to bubblegum worms fished weightless and crazy. gonna have to force myself to buy pink ... yuck.
i hear bream are good on crickets, but i don't fish for 'em. cats are suspeended off structure and in the deep bends. they'll still go for shad if shad can be found.
water temp off the stern early is 80. mid-afternoon 86-87. after a good shower, temp drops to 78 for 12 hours or so.
