I agree 100%. Everyone always says the deer belong to the people not the property owner. If they want a crop damage permit then there should be some minimum requirements on making an effort to reduce them during deer season. If those deer belong to "me", "Joe Taxpayer", then I have a problem with them being treated that way.


There's plenty of farmers that will tell the State they better come get their deer off his property. I heard two this afternoon say they wish there wasn't any, and one of them hunts. You can't make a landowner allow hunting.

Too many people spend money they don't have , on things they don't need, to impress people they don't know.
