NY Strip is my favorite between the two. Love the deep rich flavor of a strip steak.
To me, bone in steaks are superior. Who doesn't love a great marbled bone in cowboy cut ribeye? Hard to beat. High grade thick Tbone is the best of all...strip on one side and filet on the other. This is exactly what i was gonna say.
