I have found with the rossi 243 single shot you will need to load a light bullet to get good groups. the gun will not stabilize any thing above 80grn
I think I checked one a couple of years ago and it had a 1 - 10" twist. The owner was wanting to shoot the 100 grain factory Rems and it would not. Not at all.
I never could convey to the owner what the problem was after we shot some 80's and they grouped fair.
He still says that it should shoot the 100's if it will shoot the 80's. Oh well.
