I'd rather have a filet than either but a bone in ribeye is a good steak. Truthfully, I'd rather have a good back strap than any steak.

Both are dang good, but if I HAD to make a choice I'd lean to the ribeye due to the flavoring the fat gives to the steak.

Got the charcoal heating right now. About to grill 16 of them here in a few.

I'm grilling 15 tomorrow. All but 2 are 1 1/2 inches thick. If money wasn't an issue I like a good thick filet cooked medium rare. Gotta be cooked over hardwood lump.
