Going back to look in the morning shot the rifle and its on . No way I missed that deer. It's tail was in the air though I have no idea what could have haopened. I felt good about the shot I had a steady rest and was Exsoecting deer to be DRT. Slightly quartering towards me . Lined it up to take out front shoulder and exit just behind opposite shoulder .. Not going to sleep good tonight . Congrats on all the kills . What did you shoot it with? I've had that happen on really close shots but I was able to watch the deer run and drop.
