Lane, Got a 152 gross 5x4 on Jan. 2nd, only buck I shot last season. He was no.1 on my hit list. Heard your dad had a good season on dry creek.

Skinny that is one of the best photo shot sequences showing antler development I've ever seen. Is that on a link of some kind? It appears to be the same deer, is it in a pen or is that one of Ol' Lusty's finest?

When I lived in Troy I hunted close to Ol' Lusty. That was my one and only year dog hunting in a club and my one and only year in Gin Branch hunting club.

I hunted with Ginn Branch for a few years before it broke up. Was raised west of Troy near Ol Lusty.

I killed a couple mature deer last year but nothing monsterous...Killed an 117 8 point that had a 12 inch spread on 8 Jan. Then killed my heaviest body weight deer (157lb dressed) on 15 Jan but was only a 97 inch 7 point.

The deer he is talking arent necessarily the bucks I kill they are deer I shoot at several times and cleanly miss only for them to be shot by someone else in our club a week later. I then post pics and that is where jughead sees "my deer". Now foldem up might as well have a seperate house for his deer mounts. Its almost like he has them tied to a tree.
We are not perfect, only forgiven!!!
