May be. I just copied what North 40 does with cow vertebrae, using PVC instead. 40 knows a whole lot more than I do.

Caught 7 coons and 1 gopher rat over the past couple of days, only running 5 DP, but hoping to help all the ground nesting critters. I hope to learn how and get 2-3 steel traps to be able to make a single setup for coyotes. Heard about 12 different coyotes last night around the farm, while checking cameras at 10:30, so think I got plenty to catch.

Empty traps this morning. Hope the weather change might pick things up.

Dang Hank, that makes you want to kill something don't it. I'm sure you will get some before long.

Give it another night or 2 Hank. It is about time for me to move farms, I haven't had any activity in over a week.

All that kept me from getting skunked again today was a double on possums. They weren't 15' apart but weren't too photogenic. Lol! My 20 water sets were all way under water but that was expected after 1 1/4" s of rain last night. Rebedded and rebaited all my land sets so hopefully they'll hit tonight.

Redid my sole land set that had been partially exposed by the rain. Moved my water sets around. I think I have educated a flat tail.

What kind of cat sets are you making?

The heavy rain messed my sets up and I was short on time, so I tripped my sets and covered them for the time being. May go reset them next week.

Hope someone else can catch some.

Nothing! I'm at a major loss! Reset all my water sets since the water was down. Maybe tomorrow!

#1 regular ole dirt hole with a #3 duke on a sabertooth drag. #2 a blind set on a deer trail running through a pine thicket. Not really a cat set but I set on some cat sign so we will see smile

OK. I thought you might've been building cubbys or flaging sets.
