First you need to post your pics on a free account on a hosting website like PHOTOBUCKET.com . I use it. Then you click on your pic there. Several links will appear. Click on direct link and copy. Come back to Aldeer you'll see the block where you type your post. Above it are a line of blocks. The 4th is the photo link. Click on it then click on "Insert a center floating image"
Another window will open. HTTP will be in the strip in a blue background. Hit delete on your key board. Http will disappear.
Right click and paste your link in that bar. Hit OK then the link will be in you post black box. Hit submit. You're done.

You can also post the image code in the body of reply/post box. Like this: 
"I'm not near as critical about how big they are as I once was. Smiles are more important now! We will grow more deer."

I just had the same problem on another thread....couldn't figure it out, and I'm VERY proficient in posting pics to forums, so I don't think it was operator error....

I've never had a problem when using the image code in Photobucket and just pasting that in the body of the post.

I made an error in my directions This corrected version.
Once your picture is uploaded to PHOTOBUCKET and you have returned to your album. Move your pnter over the picture. DO NOT CLICK. A bar should appear with four choices (email,diect)
Click on direct.The word copied should appear . Then go to Aldeer
commentbox.Click on forth box.A tool bar should appear. Click on last choice.Another box should appear in the upper left of your screen. If there is anything hilighted in blue there hit delete. Then right click the bar and past the link from photobucket there.hit OK. Your pic should be ready to post now.You may cxhoose to hit preview and see if it is right,then post if it is.(submit)

Skullworks is right. EASIEST WAY !
Post pic to Photobucket. Once it hits your album.Move your pointer over pic. Toool bar will appear(FOUR CHOICES)
Last one is the IMAGE LINK. Click on it.Make sure the word copied appears. Go to ALDEER COMMENT BOX. Right click.Your Image link should now be in box. Submit your picture.

If using Photobucket you can just check the box at the bottom of the pic you want and then go to the bottom of the page under "choose action" and choose "Generate link codes for selected". It will give you the different codes in boxes. Click the one that say for message boards. Just paste the codes in the body of your post. That is how I do it anyways.
