Just called on my order. Delayed again till Jan 1st. They claim they had an issue in customs that they found out after they sent me my "shipping soon" email. I started to just cancel, and probably should have. At this point I've waited so freaking long that it's just laughable, and I just decided to wait it out another 3 weeks or whatever it is. I'll cancel at the next blip in the process.
I don't really know what to think about this outfit. Part of me thinks they are playing off our goodwill and are not operating in good faith. But, if that's the case they have certainly orchestrated an elaborate ruse. I think they have a good idea, they are just making very poor decisions with communication to their customers, and are inexperienced at navigating foreign manufacturing/delivery. I wouldn't be suppeised if things are running fine there in 6 months, but they have certainly sacrificed credibility to get their process going.
