That's why it's called an accusation. When a warden approaches a hunter that he thinks is doing something illegal and the hunter's answers just don't sound right or he is acting extremely nervous wouldn't the warden feel like he is prolly guilt before he finds proof? Just an accusation, we (or I) ain't saying the man is at fault himself.

To answer the op about hunting in another state. Unless it has changed. I know a guy got caught spot lighting in alabama lost all his privileges in alabama. Joined a club in mississippy and had a valid hunting license their.

except the warden wouldn't go on an internet forum and make unbased accusations against the hunter....like some folks do on here.....

like I asked , if YOU know something spit it out for all to see.

Seems I remember that the Al court has to make application to the Interstate Compact on each case, it is not automatic revocation of hunting rights by every member. How would Tn know of a conviction and revocation in Al unless it recieved paperwork from Al/Interstate Compact???

If the judge gives him a $10,000 fine because his buddy the game warden "heard a feeder go off", well then yea we will.

You're right I must say.

The warden would just make unbiased accusations in person, not on the Internet.

Drops mic.... laugh

If a person is CONVICTED on a charge that carries a license revocation and the court orders that their license be revoked, the officer would enter that information into the Violator Compact via Montgomery, and the person would then be revoked in every state that is part of the compact.....I believe all 50 states now participate!

I've considered doing that. Always noticed more while in my climber compared to sitting on the ground. I've noticed squirrels can notice a hawk flying low or a bobcat and alert all the others. Even sitting on the ground deer hunting I don't notice as many squirrels. Guess it could be due to being able to see more elevated. Always wanted to try it.

I like having them around to take care of the problems and as long as you are not doing anything wrong you don't have anything to worry about, but you screw up and you are gonna be sorry. Opening morning of bow season we were getting ready and he pulled in behind us to chat.

Lol do you know Leith? Only GW in TN history to send a turkey in for DNA work to match blood from the ground. Busted that's poacher's ass though, but lord trying to talk to him is like scratching nails on a chalk board.

Sir you are not intelligent, Like I said a co-worker I hunt by the law and will continue to set a good example for everyone in my club or son. I gave the guy a stern talking to about respecting the wildlife and the laws that apply, next time don't be ignorant and assume that you know something!

Thank you all I was asking is that easy for someone to break a law in AL and then proceed up to hunt in TN. I hope surely not , I lectured the co-worker for about 30 minutes and regrets his decision but I wouldn't never be caught around him hunting that's for sure.

Thank you sir, I guess I will have to eat some crow if that is the case. I thought for sure that he couldn't hunt legally in TN as well
