There is no hunting like the hunting of man, and those who have hunted armed men long enough and liked it, never care for anything else thereafter.

Doesn't seem he cares about local game laws. He will only be on borrowed time if he goes to another state. Chances are, he will do something there at some point to get himself in same situation.

I've heard a judge tell an offender that they couldn't hunt in Alabama or any other state before for a specific time period. I just assumed there was some kind of reciprocal agreement, but that may have just been a condition of the suspended part of the sentence. I wasn't involved so I really did pay attention. If the judge doesn't want the poacher to hunt, he'll fix it so he had better not.

Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

If I'm reading this right, a person who loses their license in Alabama, would not be legally able to hunt in TN.

If he got caught in Alabama he sure as heck don't want to screw around in TN, they will nail him to the wall up there. They don't play around up. I'm pretty good friends with several and they take it serious. I have saw the guy that works our area almost every time I've been hunting this fall. I like having them around to take care of the problems and as long as you are not doing anything wrong you don't have anything to worry about, but you screw up and you are gonna be sorry. Opening morning of bow season we were getting ready and he pulled in behind us to chat.

Years ago I was in law enforcement for over a decade before I gave it up. But it was in a different state. In that state we could only enforce the laws of that state. We could not suspend another states lic being hunting or driving. Now I am still getting familiar with AL laws but I can say for certain that a state judge will have his hands tied and cannot not do anything about another states laws. Now a federal judge is a different story.

I would rather be tried by 12, than carried by 6.

thumbup I'm with ya, a feller that would pull a stunt like he did shouldn't worry bout going to another state and following the law. Don't know why he doesn't just hunt when , where and how he wants. We've all heard , a Leapard doesn't change his spots.

Hopefully the judge will hit him with enough fine/court cost that he has to sell all his guns and will quit hunting..People like that piss me the hell off.Last thing his dumbass needs to be thinking about is immediately deer hunting Tn when his privileges are revoked here for being a piece of chit.

I am fairly new to Alabama and BRAND NEW to hunting and even I knew the regulations better than that idiot.
Hopefully the record is 50 state wide and they throw the book at him.
