They are less than a 100 dollars. Valve cover itself is easy to change. Getting to it is another story. It's actually extremely easy. Leave plug wires connected. Disconnect the main coil pack connector, remove the 5 nuts holding on the coil pack bracket, lay the bracket with the coil packs still attached to the side. The VC is now wide open. Loosen the 4 center bolts on VC.

The 06 models drink it to. 1.5 quarts every 3000 miles.
