I have only experienced one, not mine but a cousin...
Straight on chest shots are never recommended...
Blood but no recovery after days of searching...
Memento mori (Neck shot, 75 yards) - - I'll see you at the lake, around the beach, on the mountain & in the woods on this side or the other by & by.
