Now a civil suit would be next I'm not in favor of a law suits , but IMO this situation calls for one , a lot of time of yours and your family's life has been wasted and time is something you can't get back . Go for it .

So the very weak sounding Rogers case was the basis of convictions for who knows how many cases for about 30 years? Can a conviction with Rogers as the case law be appealed now?

Just wanted to update you on trying to get media coverage:
I received an email from Alabama Outdoor News that they were interested in covering it.
I also posted to WSFA's, WAKA's and WCOV's facebook page.
I had to post in the visitors post but maybe if we could get enough likes an interest we could get some coverage.
I also posted to the Buck Master FB page put it would not show my post until it is "reviewed" - hopefully they will approve it and will show it.

Without reading all of it, did the boys shoot the sign? It’s worth the read. Lowndes county is/was overflowing with corruption! If nothing else find where the court transcripts were posted and read it. It is borderline amazing how they were found guilty. The boys were railroaded by a judge who was a member here.

Based on what you have told us I don't know how those boys were found guilty. Unfortunately our legal system is set up to let 99 criminals go free before it convicts 1 innocent man. There was no proof of anything therefore you have no case. The retired GW did not visually see criminal activity only heard gunshots. You have to prove everything. How in the hades did he get a warrant from the magistrate?
