Big thanks to Night Hunter for pulling me out.  DW.....you see any deer after getting ole red out? Negative. Did see a big gobbler on the north end. Bottom fell out. I cut a trail to the house.

A good friend of mine and I hunted in this mess all day,and didn't see a darned blessed thing.We heard some shots late afternoon (most likely from shooting range).We are going to try it again tomorrow.
We saw 6 different wardens at 2 spots.They said 4 deer were checked in yesterday.I hope everyone has some luck tomorrow.

Yeah, the deer are there.. Weather has played a big part in this one. Going to hunt till noon then I'll be hoofing it back to NC. I think the weather may have suppressed the turnout too. That's what really gets the deer on their feet. If I could call in for Monday I would. I think the bulk of the movement will be in the afternoon tomorrow. Looking like it's going to be a wet morning according to the weather channel. This will be the only gun hunt I can make it to out there which sucks, because i finally have found a pretty consistent spot to see deer out there.. Best of luck to all tomorrow.

Big thanks to Night Hunter for pulling me out. I think the Ford just needed a cheering section. I'm not sure the chain ever got tension on it
