Wiley is correct. Also the trade deals our government has negotiated in the past few decades aren't helping. Textiles and some low skill manufacturing jobs left when NAFTA was passed back in the Clinton years. Hard to compete with what equates to slave labor from Asia, when little to no tariffs are placed on the goods. Spot on .. To compete in the Global Economy America has to fall in line with the rest of the world to a degree , Dumb Asses and retards have to work , not everybody can be a brain surgeon . Bring back manufacturing.
