Now he's calling me out by name on facebook, for mentioning his facebook posts on Aldeer after he took the Aldeer material to put it on his site. Ironic isn't it?

You took an oath to support our constitutions as long as you remain a citizen of Alabama. Retirement from active duty doesn't remove citizenship.
You may want to worry more about supporting the rights of three kids against those who violate them like you swore to do instead of worrying so much about how I share important information with people on the internet.
If you sit by and do nothing, or if you do things to hinder those of us who actively support our constitutions, then you're not taking your oath very seriously.
See what the law says about perjury in the first degree. Does it fit? I'll let you look up your oath of office and the law for yourself since it bothers you so much for me to do it for you.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

Wait till the crazy joker starts Emailing you. He can take the smallest words and twist them, till he believes it.

Not many have argued with 49'er/Eddie Maxwell more than I have. And, I certainly do not agree with him on everything!!!
But, Truth is.....he WILL make you think!
He provides a stimulus to document your stance. And, if you cannot provide backup or affirmation.....maybe YOU are wrong?

Her and Augustus65 where both appointed by Riley. That is backwards. He heard is first in district court and then it was appealed to her in circuit court. And then there's the connection between all of them and how this good ol' boy system works. Teri Lovell was the Lowndes District judge, Bob Riley appointed her to Circuit when that judge retired. Then he appointed Adrian Johnson aka Augustus_65 to replace her spot on the District. Then Adrian Johnson ran as a Democrat, won the primary obviously b/c he was already in the position, and then ran unopposed in the general election. Someone please tell me that Augustus_65's daddy isn't Bill Johnson...
