Im seeing a lot of friends layed off as well.
I own a small construction company doing specialty work and the last 7 years has been very challenging to Stat afloat. But here in the last 6 months I have barely been able to keep up with the workload and cannot find decent help! People are either chemically dependant or would rather stay home and be funded by the government for choosing to be lazy!
My very best employee right now is a 26 year old woman who will work circles around most men!
I'd be willing to bet that my average turnover with employees averages 3 weeks.
