From the few times I met the judge, it seemed like he was from Lowndes and went to LA. He is not from Lowndes county nor did he go to LA. I asked him a while back in a PM. Thought I might have knew of him but I did not.

So glad I don't live in that idiots district. Should be disbarred then sued for his last penny. Total abuse of power and from what I've read on here it sounds like a lot of Alabama judges think they are above the law. Did this idiot get elected or was he named, wink, wink good Ole boy network?
I see now that he was appointed as political favor. Lmao the guy probably barely passed law school. Most judges are failed attorneys. That stupid son of a bitch probably doesn't know the law.

Not as bad as intentionally wrongly convicting three young men, and costing these families a small fortune, all to keep the status quo with his Facebook buddies. I think he knew exactly what he was doing which explains his quick deletion of his admission of railroading those boys based on zero evidence.

I have been mesmerized by this thread for the last two days but haven't commented. As far as the FB attention goes, I have mixed feelings. Yes, I'm glad it's getting some attention, but I think valuable content is being taken from aldeer and posted elsewhere. I know this is a free site and none of us pay to be here, but it's along the same lines as the aldeer FB group that was started. Taking the content from this site and posting it on another medium is taking away from this site. IMO, it's okay to direct people here, but copying and pasting the content contained here is wrong. Some of these guys rely on what little advertising money comes in to keep the doors open. If you took content from a pay site and posted it elsewhere on a free site, you can bet you'd get booted.

I was here, but I quickly learned to decipher garbage from legitimate discussions where one might actually learn something. I ignored all of his incoherent ramblings after reading the first few. You're right though, he must believe the ability to copy and paste makes one appear smarter than they really are. That's why it irks me that he's using the homework done by others on this site to boost the content of his FB page. I never read an original thought produced by his own keyboard.
