Augustus 65 May have made a career ending mistake tonight by posting what he did. That just didn't sound right at all.
I would like to think that the end of his run as judge is very near.
Not unless there are enough ALdeer members that are voters in Lowndes County. If he keeps looking out for the locals, they'll keep electing him
I'm not 100% on what the law is on misconduct by a judge but I am very familiar with trial by media and these days that gets more results than actual law. I would imagine there are a few hungry reporters that would make a story on this if given the right leads and Augustus's own words make for a compelling story in this situation. I can't say for certain that it will be the end of his part of the good ol boy system but I can say that what he has written doesn't look very good for him in the media.
