Thanks for all the support! I wanted to plug wilderness deer processing in west blocton. Michael Edmonds is my cousins husband and does great work. He does a lot that other processors in the area don't do. He is also a great taxidermist. Please give him a try. His taxidermy speaks for itself and he just added the processor this year. He has been processing his own meat and family meat for years and is really a great guy. He had samples of the smoked meats that were so good!
