I got her! She wasn't far! She just doubled back so much it messed me all up.. And the blood trail was just so little at first I was crawling. Once I got on good blood I was super stoked..she wasn't 75 yards from where I shot her. Thanks for all the help. I really just panicked I think. I've just read to much online and my mind went to the worst possible outcome! Congratulations on your first.

The toughest time in bowhunting is the time between when you think you made a good shot but are not positive because you didn't see or hear the deer crash, and the time that it takes to get on a good blood trail.
