I tell u, I've been hell on them this year bud!!! Good job I hope to add one soon too!!! Our bucks are just now hitting their feet a little... I actually like late December- mid January hunting!

Well, didn't work out this morning. I called one up as soon as I started climbing before daylight. I was on a pine and when the bark crackled a heavy deer walked stiff legged strait up the hill to me. He stopped at about 30 steps down wind and then trotted back to the swamp. I couldn't see him in the dark, but he's got a real good track.

Nice deer but its gotta hurt a little knowing the nest is yet to come.hope you are really taginv your deer.because there are a lot of people follwing this web site.becareful I think I would have saved the smaller buck for another couple years, that way you would have another tag.because when you put your picture on any site someone is vonna know your real name.but you can still shoot does so good luck.looks like your a great hunter not trying to discredit you ,just stay by the law.

It's national forest land so any buck is a good buck to me. I was as happy to kill a small buck down here as I was a wall hanger on well managed private land. I've went and sat a couple mornings without a gun just watching. Going to try to put whitney on one I saw the other morning. The thing is about around here they are rutring right now and after its over it gets tough. Usually after Christmas I'll be doing good to even see a deer. So I try to strike while the iron is hot.

Not trying to tick no one off I said you killed aco i ple of nice bucks,but it it were me the dmaller buck would have gotten a pass.I have already met to game wardens that are members on here.just trying to watch out for people who post some stuff ,they might not havewatch team 12 you will no when I kill a deer it will have to be a good one.because were I hunt you have to mount the bucks you kill.ive just been patient. but congrats on killing your 3 bucks.all I meant was the rut is yet to come,its gonna be hard when ole mossey comes by after the doe.im sure inm not the only one that looks at other teams,sorry you feel that way about me.

man mind your own business i think we all hunt to kill big bucks but dad gum if someone wants to kill a dang spike or little buck then so be it, idk why your so worried about what other people kill... go worry about your team and harass them about shooting deer you wouldn't shoot...

You guys been seeing many? I went and checked the spot where I killed those 3 deer and there are several new scrapes and rubs in there. Dads about to be off for 2 weeks and I'm going to put him in there and see if he can get one.

I ain't been seeing much at all but 95% of my pictures are at night... Hopefully this cold snap coming up will have them moving in the daylight... I did luck up and get a nice size male coyote yesterday... It came into a doe bleat....

I hunted Friday-Sunday and didn't see any deer except for Saturday afternoon. I shot a doe and added it for the points. I hope to have some antlers between now and Feb 10 to add.

Been slow for me this year so far. I've been hunting one particular buck most of the season, but haven't been able to close the deal yet. Came real close 2 weeks ago, but was just before daylight.
Hopefully he'll cooperate this Friday.
