Shuter, ya ever try an extension bar with chains hanging/dragging the ground out front to make those fawns get up???? Seen it work in Greene Co on CRP fields.

Troy would it be possible for you to get some pictures or a drawing of what you are talking about? I'd like to try something like that on our hay mower. I can't visualize how it would be attached to the canopy support though. I haven't cut a fawn yet, but I'm sure I will at some point and time. I have had them bolt out from the front of the mower when they were a little older than the one you have pictured.
