Been real slow so far in Illinois. 80 deg temps and 20+ mph winds. I did see a big 10 pt at about 300 yds this morning. Going to try to set up on him in the morning.

Got us a doe this morning . Back at it for final afternoon before heading home. Have come close with a couple very nice bucks, but no cigar yet.

Struck out on bucks. Saw several and 3 shooters, but too far. Temps were near 80 deg 3 days. Tough hunting. Time to focus on Bama.
