Didn't see a dang thing so I got down at 10:30 and was sitting on a log under my stand with my laptop checking a camera. Look over my shoulder and had a 3 point walk about 50 yards straight too me. I think he almost had a heart attack when he finally saw me lol. Checked another camera and had 75 pictures of a 130 inch 8 point right under a diffent stand yesterday evening. My buddy and I flipped a coin to see who'd hunt it this evening. Sadly I didn't win. My luck!

I saw one doe this morning, and def got the fever of not ever killing one with a bow. It was an awesome time with, Atoler though. He put me in a good spot, I just whiffed. Beautiful morning to be in the woods. Ill be practicing some more today.

Congrats on the killing! I saw the biggest bobcat I have ever seen this morning. He was stalking a doe and a little one but they busted him and the doe ran him off. Had him at around 50 but wasn't exactly for sure because I left my stupid range finders in the truck so I didn't take the shot.

Set up in an acorn flat about 40 yards off a food plot. Little warm this afternoon but it beats the hell out of working or having to wait til the 25th. grin

I toted a Summit in with me this afternoon and I'm set up in the hardwoods. The white oaks are dropping and there's 3 nice rubs within sight of my spot. I love everything about this setup except the temperature

Just for that I hope a 40# armadillo circles your stand all afternoon and never presents a shot laugh
