Sure you can. Open bow season on the 15th... and totally close the first 10 days of Dec. Problem solved.
I like this idea as well... But the problem they're gonna have is season will not close to most hunters.... They gonna keep on hunting..... And the State knows it....
That's when the the state needs to make an example of people they can catch. First year, if you're caught hunting during the closure, you lose your license for that year and the next with a $2500 fine. Make the penalties so steep and catch just a few people, and 99% of people will quit.
