Its totally up to you what you do. Its a personal choice. Some people shoot dogs some do not. IF YOU choose to shoot them, dont tell anyone. The ONLY way you can get caught is = By tell someone OR get caught dragging the dog off. DONT listen to all the BS about getting caught any other way. The county your hunting in is NOT going to go all CSI and do ballistic testing on your gun and the dead dog! So be smart IF YOU choose to kill them is my advice!
