How do you reset your password? I forgot mine so I had it to email it to me.I got it to open with the emailed password but when I go to change it to something I can remember it automatically changes it to a password a mile long.

Recently my computer won't retain my password/user name, I have to re-type it in every time. I know there is a simple solution, but don't know what it is.
