I just did my follow-up sleep study this past week, all hooked up to the cpap this time. I thought it would be pretty hard to get used to, but adjusted to it fairly quickly and slept well with it on. I'm normally a side sleeper, but the sleep therapist/tech (whatever they are) told me I slept on my back almost the entire night, with no snoring.

One thing I'll say though...I had the one that just covers your nose, and thought I was going to choke to death the first time I attempted to breathe through my mouth with the thing on. I woke up once or twice due to this in the night, but closing my mouth quickly solved the problem.

Just waiting on the doc to call with whatever prescription so I can get started.
