Hey Matt here's a suggestion for your mount. Didn't know if yall had seen this one yet. That's a big kitty on the shores in North Carolina.

That's a pretty mount Matt but this is the best I have ever seen. It was done by Lynn hammock in auburn. He will do mine when I kill one that is mount worthy.

Lynn Hammock is who taught me how to mount bobcats. His deer are really good too.

I'll post it up when it gets done. He's yet to paint/touchup. I took those pics within day or so of him putting it on the form.

That cat does look really good tfd.

You get that one over here. We've seen an increase in cats the last 2-3 years.

I got this one in Lawrence County but I see them in Fayette on at least 25% of my hunts. Dad and I saw 11 in a week of hunting two years ago. I rarely kill them now. Used to kill them all.

I have one on the wall and have killed one more, won't kill another unless I can with a bow, and I've come close. I enjoy watching them. We had a big female and two kittens in the back yard last week. Freeked my wife out. I had a cardboard box set out at 50 yards with targets that we had been shooting the week before. Kittens played in and around that box for 15 minutes while mom watched. Dogs were asleep in the barn.
