Funny. I saw a Coast Guard helicopter yesterday. I see Coast Guard jets regularly because of a bridge they use as a reference point in training, but not helicopters.
The Air Force has a big hayfield below me they lease. They will go in the field and put a big "X" on the ground. Then the planes will come and drop boxes and try to hit the "X". Petty neat to watch.
