Has anyone else noticed helicopters flying over in the early morning hours when like 90% of citizens would be sound asleep? I've heard them 4 nights this week. It sounds like 2-3 military choppers at a time. Also I've been seeing a lot of trucks on interstate carrying military vehicles. Anyone else notice anything weird? Also what are some of yalls thoughts on Jade Helm?

I live in Hoover/Pelham area. Also last week in middle of day three military choopers flew right over my property in Perry county.. I know to some extent it's probably normal.. But ive noticed a ton of activity like that lately

They should be starting to fired up the drug location units. To find the grew fields about this time of the year. Worked with a guy that went out every year. They would fly choppers around looking for grows. Just a thought.

If you want some excitement, but yourself some of those "good" fireworks and shoot them up towards the choppers when they fly over.

Possibly some of the Redstone helicopters. They fly training missions all over the north half of the state.

I saw eight 18 wheelers headed south on I-85 with heavy duty military vehicles on them. Some had rocket launchers and others had machine gun turrets. Mixture of desert sand and army green camo. Last time I saw this much action Desert Shield turned into Desert Storm.

Wasnt his name blackhawk or something? Lots of black choppers seemed to be flying around at night in his area if I remember correctly

They are doing night exercises. I'm a 9-1-1 dispatcher and got several calls. On them in the area of Shelby county

Funny. I saw a Coast Guard helicopter yesterday. I see Coast Guard jets regularly because of a bridge they use as a reference point in training, but not helicopters.
The Air Force has a big hayfield below me they lease. They will go in the field and put a big "X" on the ground. Then the planes will come and drop boxes and try to hit the "X". Petty neat to watch.
