Didn't catch any arm breakers, but we did manage to find a few fish, and alot of good scenery.   this gator knew we couldn't do it any harm, so it never moved.  here is the cabin we rented on White Oak Creek, it had a fire pit so we were up late every night spitting in the fire and telling lies.

Need details on that cabin. The Federation and the TBF have their championships down there this year.
Also, did yall catch anything? Our two day last year has left a bad impression on me. I am hoping to hear some good fishing reports to help change my mind.

william i fished down there two weekends ago, and caught a 3 1/2 pounder on my first cast, caught a couple more, but not what i hoped for. The water was down pretty far and it was stained pretty good. If they lake is looking better now, i bet they're wearing them out.

We had a great day last Monday, there were 4 people in our group (2 boats) and we had a little mini tournament each day. Monday we had 10 fish that weighed 33 and some change, the biggest being 6-15. Then the cold front rolled in Monday night, Tuesday we only weighed in 6 keepers for a little over 15#. Wednesday was a little better than Tuesday with 8 keepers at 19#. Don't be afraid to swim a jig or throw a spinnerbait. The lake was down about 2ft. and it was stained but not muddy from hwy 82 up. Down river was clear so we didn't spend alot of time down there. We saw a few fish on the bed but they hadn't all moved up yet. the ones we saw were locked on and were catchable.
As for the cabin, we rented it from Margaret Gibbs. She has several properties in the Eufaula area as well as Georgetown just across the river. I will get her number this evening if you are interested. We rented the cabin for $95/nite and it would sleep 6 comfortable, it had plenty of parking for trucks and boat trailers as well as it's own pier. We never used the pier because we would drive up to Lakepoint to put in each day.
