I see banner ads on the top of the page. How do you get information about sponsorship? Alabama Outdoor News magazine was s sponsor a number of years ago and we are interested in taking another look at sponsor opportunities.
Would someone please direct me to the correct person to discuss?
Thank you You need to send Skinny PM.

Good Morning all,
Currently deployed with orders to Maxwell. Joined up here to start sending out feelers on folks I can meet up with. My wife was born and raised in Prattville but none of her family members are hunters. Hope to meet up with some of you next Fall.

Hey folks, i've posted several times here but never introduced myself. I'm Aaron, i'm only 25 and have very little hunting experience, but i'm fired up about hunting squirrels. I'm enjoying all the info, thanks for letting me take it all in. If anyone ever wants somebody to chase bushy tails with, give me a shout.

Hey guys, just found the forum. Wish I would have before season was almost over. Anyway, my name is Cody. I'm from Moody (St clair) 22 years old and have hunted and fished all my life. Grew up doing it and always will. Currently have a lease in Leeds and one in Alexander city to hunt. Bow hunting is my passion. Have only shot a handful with a bow, but have loved it since first blood. Love deer hunting, love turkey hunting a little more.
Can't wait to get to know you guys and share some stories

New member here. Looks like a good site. I like to build stuff, grow stuff, catch stuff and shoot stuff. I think I'll fit right in. I'm sure glad Longshot was mistaken about that no hunting in February thing. I might as well throw in a Roll Tide while I'm at it.

Like to introduce myself. 57 years old, and lived in Texas all my life. That is until Jan 15th when I pulled up to my rented apartment in Brownsboro. This is my first time in Alabama and I must say ya'll have a very beautiful state. I'm a outdoorsman and left behind a minority ownership in a 640 acre ranch near Abilene. So it looks like 2015 will be the first time since I was 18 that I will miss out on deer season. Also left behind my truck and boat, which I plan to fetch Memorial Day weekend. Can't wait to launch it on the Tennessee River and learn how to fish it. Until then, I'll sit back, watch, post stupid questions about Alabama outdoors and ask for helpful guidance.

Howdoo all you Alabama folk ,
Figured I'd sign on since this looks to be a good forum -unlike the local stuff here --peniscola fishing forum -etc. say anything they don't like and they rid themselves of you. I haven't been thrown off there but twice -and have again signed on under a new name. Anyway hello I'm Mike just a good'ole boy who loves hunting , fishing -shooting etc. -look forward to joining in with you guys. OK then -Mike

First post here...I've been lurking for several months and have gotten much enjoyment from some of the threads, especially the 575 dozen arras for sale.
I just got into hunting this past season and really enjoy it. Got a deer my first time out, so I was hooked. Lots of good information on this site.

Ron Swanson: Impossible. I work for the government.

I don't mean to put words in Longshots mouth, but maybe he means "as long as you love the Lord OR don't take offense if others do". I don't think he means that everyone has to be a church member. Maybe his "thick skin" advice comes into play here?

Mossy I wrote that welcome letter about 12 years ago while drinking a few beers and waiting for a typhoon to pass over Guam. Most of it was tongue in cheek and poking fun at ourselves.

12 years ago? I'm a little late huh? Just joined and that was my 1st post. Actually, I've never posted anything, anywhere. That I recall at least. It's good to see that people from 12 years ago are still actively posting. And it's good that you have thick skin
