Heavenly Father for the health and ability to enjoy another spring turkey season.I have often thought in past years that it would be my last due to health issues. I've stopped thinking that way and enjoy each one like it's my last. I tried my best to get my dad a limit this year but it just didn't happen. I was able to get 5 birds into range for him and he closed the deal on 4.He is only good for about 1/2 mile walk in the mtns so that was a challenge in its self. When I thought I had one figured out we would go together for the kill. I was able to get my 5 with the 410 again this year.We took all 9 birds on Skyline and with the wet spring had some crazy jeep rides in and out of the mtns. It was a great year spending so much time with pop and I feel blessed beyond measure.
