Headed to a new spot in lee co today. Buddy called me last night and said he had 2 roosted within an ear shot of his back porch so hopefully the plan comes together.

Went to a friends club today and we took a guy that we help get his first longbeard.
He shot at 620. Great display of gobbling. He came in strutting and got shot at 20 yards.

Heard one on the roost. Had a couple of hens with him. They flew down and went the other way.

Had one gobble good on the roost. He flew down with a jake and 4-5 hens. Got him to break away from the hens and come across the pasture, but he hung up at 80 yards and wouldnt come any closer.
