It's a dead ball strike. Y'all see why little league parents act like idiots at games? No one knows the damn rules. Yeah u ain't kidding..We had a big dayum argument at my son's game this evening..The league has a rule where if on the 3rd strike the player can run to 1st base if the catcher drops the ball..The player was just fixing to walk in the dugout & the coach told him to hurry up & get on 1st blah bullshit!. When I played & I struck out I was out! I didn't cry & whine I tried harder.. Actually in baseball other than Little League or Dixie Youth if the catcher drops the batter can advance to first base. Even in the younger age groups in travel ball (USSSA) they play by big league rules.
