Which of these is correct?
This is from the current years administrative code... When legally trapped fur-bearing animals are dispatched with a
firearm, only standard .22 caliber rimfire firearms may be used.
Or this from the regulation book which says it is to be accepted in court...... When legally trapped fur-bearing animals are

How can both be correct? One says 22 rimfire only, and one says 22 rimfire or smaller.

I wouldn't sweat it too much Charlie. I really can't see any of our wardens writing you up for dispatching with a .17 if that's your choice.
