Thanks everyone. I thought I gave an update earlier but I see it didn't post.
Last night was rough for all three of us. Her levels finally got stable but as soon as she fell asleep her oxygen level fell to 84 and was dropping. They had done all respitory treatments so at that point they put her on oxygen for the night. After that she did rest some.
As of this morning the Dr said he doesn't believe its pneumonia at all. It appears just to be a bad case of RSV and bad ear infection. She's been in better spirits today and actually ate some lunch. As of now they upped her oxygen after the breathing treatment and her oxygen levels have been at 98ish. Which is great. It still looks like a couple days at the least in here. They said to be released she has to be off of their oxygen for 24-48hrs. I think things are slowly looking better.
The prayers are greatly appreciated!

Glad its looking better - almost lost our daughter twice with encephalitis when she was about that age. Scary times indeed.
