Poor drunks have rights? Let them ride around all they want to, heck they aren't hurting anybody...........damn, hope one doesn't kill a member of your family or a friend.
Actually, yes, drunks do have rights. It's not them I'm worried about though. What we're talking about is the basis of the entire constitution, so yeah. I hate drunk driving like the plague, and I think they're absolute scum, but in the video the guy was just following the rules in a unique way.
