It says on the box that they are "guaranteed against defects in workmanship for the lifetime of the product" I interpret that to mean that if they ever start leaking just take them back to Cabela's. I don't see how you can beat that. I really like mine. I had a buddy, who bought a pair of their waders, and everytime he got a hole in them, he exchanged them for new ones. I think he went about 10 years with that "one" pair.
