President has to be born here...oh wait maybe not!
False. President had to be a "natural born US citizen". Being born here is only one way to achieve this. Another way (like John McCain and Ted Cruz) is to be born of US citizens in a foreign country.
But yeah, Obama meets none of those requirements.
