Nice Hank. I've got some more work to do on my coons too. I hope to set my traps again this weekend

I guess since everybody stopped feeding the deer the coons started hitting my chufa patches. I checked cameras Wednesday afternoon and set traps Thursday. Lol!

Finally connected on a coyote. Flat set directly across the road from a dirt hole set. Burnt wood/urine.

Thanks. I had looked over this tract Monday morning with my father in law. Lots of coyote and bobcat sign. Made 2 sets Monday and 3 more Tuesday afternoon. But no activity after the rain until the catch last night.
Also had a trail cam pic of a coyote on the first place I trapped and where I caught the bobcat. First sign of a coyote there 7n almost 7 weeks. I'm going to stay on this place 2 more weeks then move back to my place about the beginning of turkey season.

Good looking fox Jon! I guess I'm done as far as steel traps go this year. I'm having some back trouble and just getting up and down setting my dps has been a strain so I'm gonna put up my steel traps until I get my back fixed!

10-4. I hate your back is acting up. Yes sir your sure wearing them out with the dp's and connibears. I don't know what has happened to the coyotes around here, there ain't hardly any sign. Oh they'll show back up.

Way to go Big Rack! Good looking set up also! I see swivels and a shock spring there that looks like it held a coyote all night and a good part of the day.
Looks like the foot is still on the pan of that trap also! That coyote wasn't going anywhere!
