If you getting bubbles when you prime your getting air in the system from filter back to tank . First thing is ck your filter o rings make sure there not cut or kinked.
Ck filter while it's off for trash If all that ck good reassemble get some one to help you apply you and apply air to fuel tank not a lot you don't want to blow tank up .
While air is being applied kc feed lines from tank for leaks . There two other hoses that need to be ck feed hose by steering shaft and one by trans have had problems with them collapsing and starving for fuel .
Could have two different problem since you gettin ckp sensor code .
Ck wiring to sensor they will pull from connector at times
