On the times it wouldn't start did you try and prime filter if so did any air come out ?
Which hoses did you replace the ones attached directly to filter houseing
Yes, air comes out most times it dies and I have to prime it, but not every time. And I had to replace the hoses going directly to the filter housing when I got the new housing.
